How fast do you ship?
We ship all products within 24 to 48 working hours after you place your order.

How long does delivery take?

• For most locations in India, delivery takes around 5–8 working days, depending on your address and local conditions (like public holidays, weather, etc.).

• In rare cases, it might take up to 2 weeks, especially if the product is out of stock.

• For Jammu & Kashmir and the North East regions, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

How can I track my order?
Once your product ships, we’ll send your tracking details to your email.

Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through trusted courier companies like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on your pincode.

What if my tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get the package?

• First, check with family members, neighbours, building security, or your office mailroom — someone might have received it for you.

• If you still can't find it, contact us within 48 hours of getting the delivery notification. We’ll raise the issue with the courier and sort it out.

• If the case is genuine and unresolved, we’ll refund the full amount after a proper investigation (this usually takes up to 10 working days).

Please note: If you reach out after 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification, it may be harder for us to take action.
