Exchange & Return Policy
How long do I have to request an exchange or return?
You must email us at support@nagleprint.com within 7 days of delivery.
Is the exchange free?
Yes! Size or wrong product exchanges are free. We'll arrange a reverse pickup too.
When will I get a refund?
Refunds are only for defective products. If accepted, refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account.
Is there a charge for returns?
Yes, if a return is accepted without a product defect, βΉ100 will be deducted for reverse pickup.
Can I exchange or refund used products?
No. Only unused, unwashed products with original tags are eligible.
Are sale items refundable?
No. Products bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
What if my product has slight color/design differences?
Slight variations are normal and not eligible for return or refund.
